Moving (again), big restock, new social media, & TWO giveaways!

I had originally planned to have two small restocks at the beginning of this year. One in the spring and then another to close out May with mermishes. However a lot of things are quickly gaining momentum and, for my own sanity, I will instead be combining those two collections into a single restock that will drop at the end of May with nearly 30 hand sculpt pieces!

After which, I will be immediately going on a brief hiatus for the summer as I move my family 4 hours BACK across the state. It's been a wild year on the coast full of limit pushing, personal discovery, & making some lifelong new friends right at the end, but it feels good to be heading back to our community & the familiarity of hometown comforts. It is also worth mentioning how much I absolutely LOATH packing & moving, as well as how eternally grateful I am for the true friends who have stuck by us, and are helping on all sides of our journey. 

And YES! I am still planning to host that "spring" giveaway of a baby daffodil mish, as well as the return of my annual custom giveaway from years ago which will be announced in June. The baby sculpt will be a like/comment/share style social media giveaway, while the custom will be randomly chosen from a list of people who have made physical purchases from my shop in the past 12 months. More details will come on both of those as the time approaches. - Don't forget that Guild Members get one auto entry into all giveaways!

Speaking of The Guild, things are going well with all the new changes and aside from shopify's sketchy ai pushes & the general state of the world (tarrifs, war, gas, usps hiccups, etc.) I'm still happy with the choice to self host my subscription vs going through ko-fi or patreon. Though, in true Jes fashion, I've been chronically behind on getting stickers out and struggling with ideas for the digital files (the first of the year will likely be a high res photo), mostly because I've had a hard time finding the time to just sit down and actually draw. But, due to the patronage of 15 lovely people, I was able to purchase a complete stamp making kit including fabric inks, and have been mulling over which designs to carve and hand print onto patches, tote bags, & shirts! I am most excited about these endeavors and can't wait to share them!

To my Guild members who purchased pre-orders from the secret shop, they are officially on the way! I had a mishap with some resin that absolutely refused to cure which delayed my timeline, but those custom babies are finally packed up and on the way home as we speak! I truly am so grateful for your patience with how slow I work these days. You are freakin phenomenal and I brag about how awesome my collectors are to anyone who will listen.

With the corruptive downfall of TikTok, Facebook, & Instagram I've been trying multiple alternative social media's to get away from meta based platforms, and these 3 seem to be the best options. Others I've tried have just been big flops or too difficult to navigate with zero traction. Now is also a great time to join my emailed newsletter. I rarely send anything out unless I'm announcing a restock or giveaway, so you won't get spammed with constant emails from me. But in the event that all social media dies, it will be one of my main sources of connection to you.
